“IT Cyber Wall is a brand of the Pioneer Humani group, specializing in maintenance, facilities management, backup and cybersecurity for professionals.<\/p>

The entire Pioneer Humani group is committed to strong ethical values, and applies a code of conduct guaranteeing respect for moral principles and human dignity. As such, Pioneer Humani ensures that the services offered by “IT Cyber Wall” are used in compliance with the following limitations:<\/p>

      1. Any content deemed offensive (content that is discriminatory, racist or xenophobic, revisionist or negationist, defamatory, violent or inciting to violence, likely to shock the sensibilities of the youngest, abusive or commonly considered vulgar, offensive, contrary to morality or public order, offensive to religious practices or beliefs, obscene, pornographic or pedophilic) is prohibited.<\/li>
      2. More generally, any content violating intellectual property rights and copyright (texts, images, videos, trade secrets, internal or confidential information, etc.), as well as any infringement of current laws and regulations, is also prohibited on the servers, sites and infrastructures on which we operate.<\/li>
      3. Each customer, whose server, computer, Internet site (or any other application or support) is managed by “IT Cyber Wall”, must ensure that no visitor can include comments, blogs, opinions contrary to the following limits:<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
        • – Absence of racially offensive comments;<\/li>
        • – No abusive or vulgar language;<\/li>
        • – No language offensive to religious practices or beliefs;<\/li>
        • – No revisionist content;<\/li>
        • – No pornographic or pedophilic content.<\/li><\/ul>

          Furthermore, for reasons of strict neutrality, no content of a political, philosophical or religious nature will be managed by “IT Cyber Wall”. Failure to comply with this code of conduct will result in :<\/p>

          – Within the framework of hosting managed by “IT Cyber Wall”: immediate cessation of services provided for the customer concerned on the server concerned, as long as the content does not comply with our charter.<\/p>

          – In all other cases, no intervention by IT Cyber Wall will be possible until the content is in accordance with our charter.<\/p>

          Details on the application of the Code of Ethics :<\/h4>

          In accordance with the values described in article 3 above, the application of the deontological charter implies the systematic and categorical refusal of any link with the following contents:<\/p>

              • – Hate speech, harassment, insults, threats, defamatory content against individuals, groups or states.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                    • – Suggestive, provocative or explicit adult content.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                          • – Unfounded, unverifiable, misleading or ambiguous information.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                • – Dishonest or abusive activities or content.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                      • – Religious content, clairvoyance, astrology, occultism, etc.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                            • – Games of chance and gambling, as well as any game that causes addiction or dependence.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                                  • – Weapons in general, war, revolt, demonstration.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                                        • – Drugs, tobacco and all products that pose a threat to health.<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                                                          – Dating sites, libertarianism, swingers or other.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
